The Software Service Contract "Gold" contains the following services:
- telephone hotline
- support
- error management
- minor releases (e.g. for updates from 4.0 to 4.5)
- major releases (e.g. for updates from 3.5 auf 4.0).
The Software Service Contract "Gold" includes the delivery of major releases (e.g. for updates from 3.5 auf 4.0) without additional fees.
