Extended training program

Trainings for windream Users and Partners to be Intensified as of Summer 2012

As of August 2012, our training program concerning the entire windream product portfolio will be significantly extended. The steady expansion of the product portfolio has caused an increase in the demand for trainings in recent years. With the expanded training program, we are now reacting to the increased interest in intensive trainings on the various windream software products.

Next to an extension of the time-frames scheduled for already existing training sessions, we will also be offering completely new trainings on the topics windream SAP integrations, Microsoft SharePoint, and windream BPM programming interfaces.

The newly developed trainings allow windream users and partners to gain know-how on windream products, or to extend and deepen already existing knowledge. For this purpose, the already existing trainings – e.g. installation, configuration, administration, and windream Exchange mail archiving, windream BPM, windream SDK, and windream solutions – have all been extended by one entire day. The training program is complemented by corresponding practical tests. Participants can take these tests on demand, to prove their newly acquired knowledge. This is especially important for our partners, who must present themselves as competent windream experts to customers and interested parties.

New trainings on various topics

Next to the extended time-frames, we are also going to offer completely new trainings, which were not included in the program before. As of August, a three-day SAP training will be offered for the first time, allowing insights into the integration of windream products into the SAP world. Furthermore, a special training on the windream BPM Business Process Management system will explicitly concern itself with the BPM programming interfaces.

Furthermore, the training program now also includes trainings on the integration of windream into Microsoft SharePoint. A one-day training session on windream bizhub connect, explaining the integration of the windream ECM system into the bizhub multi-function devices of the windream partner Konica Minolta, is another recent addition to the program. All trainings are conducted in our Bochum headquarters, as usual. On demand, trainings can also be arranged “in-house”, i.e. in your own business premises.
