Bielefeld IT company extends product portfolio for Enterprise Content Management

The company based in Bielefeld, East Westphalia, is one of the leading system houses for managed print services and document output. von Busch will include windream into their software portfolio and actively market the ECM system to their customers.
Extended software portfolio
von Busch intends to further extend their product portfolio for business software solutions, and to put special focus on the ECM sector in the context of their market activities. This is why the system house is now marketing the windream ECM system. Due to the convenient possibilities of integrating the windream ECM system into heterogeneous IT infrastructures and its modern technology, von Busch decided to add windream to their product portfolio and to become active as a competent windream partner.
Full service for windream projects
The activities of the new windream partner will not be limited to marketing the windream ECM system. von Busch will also support and manage the implementation of windream projects and offer a “full service“ to customers, beginning with the planning of IT projects – under consideration of all customer-specific requirements – via their realization, and up to supporting customers during the cooperation with windream GmbH. Several projects including windream integrations are already in their realization phase.
