Intelligent Capturing Software AutoClick now Recognizes Handwritings
October 12, 2010 | Bochum, Syrgenstein. – One Click Solutions will present a new module for the intelligent capturing software AutoClick at the windream partner stand (7B11) at the DMS EXPO in Stuttgart. This important addition now makes it possible to recognize handwritings, e.g. on digital display units, time sheets or questionnaires. This also means additional possibilities for capturing and evaluating data in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system windream. Users, e.g. in the sectors of engineering, medicine or market research, will profit by automatic, and thus faster and more cost-effective, evaluations.
With the module ‘recognition of handwritings’, One Click Solutions now unlocks a further area of use for AutoClick. Now, even information in handwriting can be automatically read out and made available to successive processes. This is e.g. desirable to companies in the engineering sector that have to process time sheets on a regular basis, or to energy providers evaluating digital display units. The entire process of billing can thus be automated and conducted cost-effectively.
This also applies to the evaluation of questionnaires or surveys carried out in the sectors of medicine or market research. Here, check boxes or multiple choice sheets can be evaluated safely via the AutoClick software. Via LookUp data sources, e.g. data bases in ERP or other systems, the captured information can also be checked, validated and, if required, completed.
The training on the capturing of hand-written information is seamlessly integrated into the established methods and does not require programming or software skills.
AutoClick reduces the process of capturing significantly, due to its intelligence and easy handling. Even the phase of configuration and installation is short and cost-effective, thanks to the intuitive graphical interface and a user-controlled wizard. This also makes the software the optimum choice for companies who want to digitalize their in-box. The new module not only guarantees the capturing of type-written documents, but also of bills and receipts filled-out in handwriting. AutoClick thus fulfills all capturing requirements in companies and transfers the data read-out to successive systems for further processing, e.g. to the Enterprise Content Management system windream.
Records are classified according to barcodes, dividers, or other markers. Processing is then batched. Here, the single batches can also be evaluated differently. Furthermore, it is possible to include any amount of batch directories into the process of capturing at will.
For complete automation of the capturing process, AutoClick can be integrated into an operating system service; a corresponding add-on is supplied for this. This way, AutoClick will automatically start its configured process of capturing, transmission of the extracted information to the connected ERP or ECM system – e.g. windream – inclusive.
