Digital construction file - windream at digitalBAU 2022

With digitalBAU, Messe München has created a future-oriented format for the construction industry in cooperation with BVBS (Bundesverband Bausoftware). Planning offices, tradesmen's companies or investors will find special solutions on the subject of construction at the trade fair. The abolishment of paper files and the establishment of electronic workflows are among the core topics when it comes to digitalisation in the construction industry.

Already at the first event in 2020, windream's ECM-solutions met with great interest. Because while production in the construction industry in particular is often highly automated, there is just as often a need to catch up in administration. At this year's digitalBAU, windream will present specialist solutions for the digital transformation in the construction industry. This especially includes the digital construction file, with which companies can design their processes more efficiently and thus gain competitive advantages. With the industry solution, all documents - no matter if for single projects or trades - can be managed clearly. The documents are stored securely via access controls based on user roles or properties of the individual users.
Via the integrated construction diary, users can track project progress at any time. Thus, the windream construction file supports every phase of a construction project, from planning to implementation.

Furthermore, the co-exhibiting windream integration partners will be available for personal talks at digitalBAU. These are ComputerLine GmbH from Frankfurt am Main with a CRM integration into cobra, One Click Solutions GmbH from Bachhagel in Bavaria with their efficient incoming mail solutions, and Dittrich + Kollegen GmbH, who will present their special construction file based on the new windream Dynamic Workspace, which also enables mobile document access across locations.
