Conditions of participation for the windream GmbH competition 2023

The organiser of the competition is windream GmbH, Wasserstraße 219, 44799 Bochum.

1.1 windream GmbH, Wasserstraße 219 in 44799 Bochum (hereinafter referred to as "windream"), awards prizes with a total value of EUR 300.00 on its homepage.

Promotion via social media channels Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xing.

1.2 The competition is promoted via the social media channels Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xing and YouTube. Beyond that, it is not connected to these media and is not sponsored, supported or organised by them. The information provided by the recipient will be used exclusively by windream for the purpose of conducting the "Summer Campaign 2023 - A bag goes on a journey" competition. Any legal claims resulting from the competition are to be addressed exclusively to windream and in no case to the platform media itself. Likewise, any questions or remarks concerning the course of the competition or usability should be addressed directly to windream.

1.3 Only natural persons over the age of 18 who are resident in the EU or Switzerland are eligible to participate in the competition. Employees of windream GmbH and their relatives are not eligible to participate. In addition, windream reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, e.g. (a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or the implementation of the competition, (b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair conduct or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition. In addition, the conditions under 2.4 apply.

2.1 Participation in the competition is free of charge and only possible online on the website www.windream.com/sommeraktion. You can enter by submitting the completed entry form and at least one photo online (see point 2.4).

2.2 The duration of the competition is from 01.07.2023, 0:00 hrs to 30.09.2023, 23:59 hrs. During this period, users will have the opportunity to participate in the competition online. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date or before the start of the competition will not be taken into account in the draw.

2.3 In the context of the windream summer campaign, giveaways in the form of a "Greener it doesn't get" backpack made of recycled PET bottles and printed with the windream logo were distributed to customers, interested parties and partners.

The motto of the competition is "A bag goes on a journey". The competition is looking for the most beautiful holiday photo on which the windream backpack is the main motif.

2.4 In order to participate in the competition, at least one photo in the file format .jpg or .png with the windream backpack as the main motif must be submitted via the entry form at www.windream.com/sommeraktion. Other file formats will not be accepted. The maximum file size is 2MB. Photos on which the windream backpack is not clearly recognisable will not be accepted. Likewise, no other persons may be recognisable on the photo.

2.5 By submitting the photo, the participant assures that he/she agrees to the promotional use, in particular to the publication of his/her photo(s) in the social media, namely Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xing and YouTube, even if his/her person is recognisable on the photo.

2.6 It is possible to submit several, different photos, provided that the windream backpack is the main motif.

2.7 The winners will be determined after expiry of the participation period. A jury consisting of windream employees will select and award the best photos among all entries.

2.8 Only one prize is possible per participant.

2.9 The winners will be contacted by e-mail and will be mentioned by name in an article for reporting on the windream website and in social media (Facebook, Instagram etc.). By agreeing to the conditions of participation, the participant consents to being named.

3.1 The following prizes will be awarded:
1st place: an Amazon voucher in the amount of 150 EUR
2nd place: an Amazon voucher worth 100 EUR
3rd place: An Amazon voucher of 50 EUR

3.2 The winner will be notified by windream via e-mail and will be asked to contact marketing@windream.com in an e-mail. In this message, the winner shall inform windream of the address to which the prize is to be sent. A personal collection of the prize is also possible.

3.3 Any costs incurred for the dispatch of the prizes shall be borne by windream. Any additional costs associated with the claiming of the prize, e.g. for the collection of the prize, shall be borne by the winner.

3.4 The following applies to all prizes: Cash payment of the prizes is not possible. The prizes are not transferable.

3.5 If the winner fails to return within 14 days, the participant's claim to the prize shall be forfeited and a new winner shall be selected from the remaining participants in his/her place.

3.6 windream GmbH reserves the right to change word or text passages during the competition if any abusive behaviour is detected. Likewise, windream reserves the right to terminate the competition in case of abusive behaviour.

3.7 The legal process is excluded.

4.1 The collection and processing of the participant's personal data - with the exception of the reporting mentioned in 2.5 and 2.9 - will be used exclusively for the implementation of the competition. Beyond this, the data will not be passed on to third parties. All data will only be stored for the purpose and duration of the competition and will be deleted after successful delivery of the prizes, which also represents the end of the promotion.

4.2 The participant assures that the personal details provided by him/her are true and correct.

4.3 The participant may revoke his/her declared consent to data storage at any time. The revocation must be sent by e-mail to marketing@windream.com. After revocation of consent, the participant's personal data collected and stored will be deleted immediately and the participant removed from the competition.
