Smooth integration of the Annexus CRM & ERP solution into windream

With the new interface, all PDF documents and processes created in ANNEXUS are automatically stored in the provided windream drive. The documents are automatically available via the windream search and can be opened via double-click.

windream directly accesses the ANNEXUS database and checks if there are metadata for the stored file. If this is the case, the document will be indexed with these metadata in windream. Via the windream search mask, it is now also possible to search for these metadata. Further on, outgoing and incoming invoices can also be stored in revision-proof windream folders automatically.

Requirements for setting up the interface are a licensed ANNEXUS CRM & ERP solution and a licensed windream solution.
