Job portal Yourfirm.de distinguishes successful enterprises

From more than 10,000 employers who placed job advertisements and/or company profiles on Yourfirm.de in the period from 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2019, the 1,000 "Top Employers in the SME sector" were selected. The result is based on the access behaviour of job seekers to the published job advertisements and company profiles.

The intention of the award is to focus on the advantages of SME employers among job seekers and to give them orientation in their search for interesting employers in the SME sector.

Short decision-making processes, quick career opportunities, a family and appreciative environment and a wide range of tasks are just some of the reasons why jobs in small and medium-sized companies are attractive for applicants.
