windreamNOW focuses on chances of digitalization

Bochum. The infotainment event windreamNOW on June 15, 2021, will shed light on whether digitization is still "nice to have" or has become a "must have". From 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., participants will gain new perspectives on work processes in an increasingly dynamic office environment. Several top speakers as well as internal and external consultants will provide a colorful and entertaining program with inspiring talks, practical reports and exciting industry news.

"In accordance with the digital format, we will present new perspectives and concrete office solutions for companies which are getting fit for the future in short sessions with presentations, interviews and talks of 20 minutes each", windream CEO Roger David announces.

In the keynote  at the beginning of the event, Michael Mattis, CEO, AMC MEDIA NETWORK, will talk about digitalization in medium-sized companies. He will explain how his company has developed from an organizer of large real events to a provider of virtual event platforms. In this way, he exemplifies the new business models that medium-sized companies can develop when they face up to the requirements of a digital event.

In the subsequent presentation, two team leaders from consulting will report on customer expectations of ECM projects and provide recommendations for their implementation. How flexibility can be increased in a dynamic office environment in order to process business transactions even more efficiently is then examined under the motto "Tools for flexible business processes". Afterwards, Frank Aust, team boss and owner of Aust Motorsport, will provide a shoulder view into the racing team of a real motorsport team in a "Live Call". In a conversation with Hilmar Hänel, Team Manager Partner Management of windream GmbH, the audience will experience how Team Aust prepares for the ADAC GT Masters and how windream is involved with Aust as a partner of racing.

Another presentation will show how users can automate recurring processes in their companies with windream software tools and run them on a purely electronic basis. The title: "Automating recurring processes easily". In addition, the presentation on the topic "Mobile ECM - because the business world has become mobile" informs about tools which are consequently oriented towards the changed working conditions and which allow companies to make information available on different end devices across locations and times. A customer interview concludes windreamNOW. Here, Lars Niedersteberg, IT project manager at Insta, highlights the introduction of windream at the electronics specialist and how the ECM-solution has led to considerably faster, more efficient document processes.
