Conditions of Participation Motorsport Raffle 2022 of windream GmbH

1.1 windream GmbH, Wasserstraße 219, 44799 Bochum (hereinafter referred to as "windream") awards tickets on its homepage which entitle to participate in racing events within the scope of the racing series ADAC GT Masters 2022.

1.2 The tickets to be raffled originate from the sponsoring of the motorsport team ID Racing, Iris Dorr, by windream GmbH. windream GmbH supports ID Racing in the context of its participation in the racing series ADAC GT Masters 2022 and receives tickets for its own use.

Promotion via social media channels Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xing.

1.3 The competition is promoted via the social media channels Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Xing. Beyond that, it is not connected to these media and is not sponsored, supported or organized by them. The information provided by the recipient will be used exclusively by windream for the purpose of conducting the "Motorsport Raffle 2022". Any legal claims resulting from the raffle are to be addressed exclusively to windream, in no case to the platform media themselves. Likewise, all questions or remarks concerning the course of the competition or usability have to be addressed directly to windream.

Right to participate

1.4 Only natural persons over 18 years of age residing in the EU and Switzerland are eligible to participate in the competition. Employees of windream GmbH and their relatives as well as employees of windream partner companies are not eligible to participate. In addition, windream reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, e.g. (a) in case of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition, (b) in case of violations of these conditions of participation, (c) in case of unfair actions or (d) in case of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

Data protection

1.5 The participant may revoke his/her declared consent to data storage (see 4) at any time. The revocation is to be sent by e-mail to marketing@windream.com. After revocation of the consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately and the participant will be removed from the competition.

1.6 windream GmbH reserves the right to change word or text passages during the competition if any abusive behavior is detected. Likewise, windream reserves the right to terminate the competition in case of abusive behavior.

2.1 Participation in the competition is free of charge and only possible online on the website "https://www.windream.com/motorsport". It shall be effected by submitting the completed entry form online.

2.2 Within the scope of the motorsport sponsorship mentioned under 1.1, ticket contingents of varying size are available for raffle on each race date. The chance of winning varies depending on the number of tickets available. Under certain circumstances, the ticket contingent for a single race day may be exhausted before the draw takes place and no ticket for this race day will be included in the draw. There is no entitlement to a draw and prize distribution for each of the 21 dates.

2.3 The prize draw comprises a total of 7 draws. For each of the race weekends mentioned under 3.3, a lottery pot with the matching date entries will be formed for the draw 14 days in advance. Lots will be drawn from these date entries until the total quota for the race weekend is exhausted. If, in the course of the draw, a ticket is drawn whose date preference does not match a free race day to be awarded, the ticket will be eliminated and the draw will continue until all tickets have been awarded.

2.4 Multiple participation in the lottery is possible by selecting different race weekends (see 3.3). Participants can be considered for up to seven lottery rounds.

2.5 Only one prize is possible per participant.

2.6 The duration of the competition is from 09.03.2022, 0:00 hrs to 07.10.2022, 23:59 hrs. Within this period, users will be given the opportunity to participate in the competition online. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date or before the start of participation will not be taken into account in the draw.

2.7 The winners will be notified by e-mail and requested to register for the race date using the official registration form. If the winner does not get back to us within 3 days, the participant's claim to the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen in his/her place from the remaining participants.

2.8 After submitting the registration form, a guide will be provided, with further information about the race weekend and contact details for the responsible contact persons.

2.9 The winners will be mentioned by name in an article for reporting on the windream website and in social media ( Facebook, lnstagram etc.). By agreeing to the terms and conditions of participation, the participant consents to being mentioned by name.

2.10 During the event, film and photo recordings will be made, which will be published in various media (e.g. windream website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) for purposes of event coverage and general public relations. By accepting the conditions of participation, the participant agrees that he or she may be recognizable in film recordings and in photographs taken during the event.

2.11 As long as the competition form is available online during the period mentioned under 2.6, participants can take part in the competition by filling in the form.

3.1 One of the total of up to 105 tickets entitling the holder to visit the race track for a complete race day - including practice, qualifying, race and accompanying race series - will be raffled off in each case.

3.2 There may be several winners. Up to 5 tickets are available for each race day (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) over the seven race weekends.

3.4 Winners are responsible for their own travel, accommodation and other logistical services. windream GmbH is available to all winners as a supportive contact.

3.5 The following applies to all prizes (tickets, advertising material and other services): Cash payment of the prizes is not possible. The prizes are not transferable.

3.6 The legal process is excluded.

4.1 The collection and processing of personal data is solely for the purpose of conducting the competition and sending the prizes. All data will only be stored for the purpose and for the duration of the competition and will be deleted after successful delivery of the prizes, which also represents the end of the campaign.

4.2 The participant assures that the personal information provided by him/her is true and correct.

4.3 The data will be used - with the exception of the reporting mentioned in 2.9 - exclusively for the implementation of the competition as well as for registration and participation in the race dates with the organizer. Beyond that, the data will not be passed on to third parties.
