SWB Wohnungsbau: Why SWB is fully committed to ECM

"It is Schön(ebeck) on the Elbe" (German "schön" = beautiful) is the slogan of the city of Schönebeck in Saxony-Anhalt. Situated directly on the Elbe, the city not only offers attractive scenery, but also builds and manages attractive apartments for its citizens.

SWB Städtische Wohnungsbau GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of the municipality and manages more than 4000 apartments and other real estate properties in the catchment area of the idyllic Elbe municipality. The almost forty employees of the municipal company are supported by the windream ECM system.
