New success story: fashion house Baltz uses windream
Five generations of family tradition on the way to digital processes
The Baltz fashion house can already boast almost 200 years of existence and five family generations at the helm. This makes the Baltz clothing store in Bochum a real traditional company. The initial store with 25 square meters has now grown into four stores and an online store. This growth also brings new challenges.
Due to a restructuring to decentralized logistics, delivery bills and invoices suddenly no longer arrived in one place. There was only one solution to this challenge: digitization.
With the introduction of the windream ECM-system, the employees were soon able to scan and archive documents electronically. Quickly, e-mail archiving and the electronic invoice receipt book were added in order to bundle all invoices. As the introduction was so successful without any problems and not only costs, but also time and paper can be saved, the electronic personnel file is to follow soon.
